How to Add Multiple users/Update policies in Spamtitan


SpamTitan allows administrators to add multiple email addresses when creating user policies. Each email address must be entered on a separate line in the Email Address(es) field.


Steps to Add Multiple User 

Step 1: Open the SpamTitan URL in your browser.
Step 2: Log in using the Postmaster ID.
Step 3: Navigate to Anti Spam Engine.
Step 4: Click User Policies.
Step 5: Click Add to create a new user policy.
Step 6: In the Email Address(es) section, enter the required email addresses — one email address per line.

Example:

user1@example.com 
user2@example.com 
user3@example.com
