To check blocked IP address for incoming mails for your domain then follow the below steps.


Steps to Follow:

  1. Login to Spam Titan Portal:

    • Access the Spam Titan portal using admin credentials.

  1. Access Mail Filters:

    • Navigate to the Mail Filters section.

  2. Select Data Range:

    • Choose the appropriate date range for which you want to check the blocked IPs.
    • Under the Message Type section, select Blocked IP.
    • Click the Apply button to execute the filter as shown in below screenshot.


  1. View Blocked IPs:

    • After applying the filter, a list of incoming emails with blocked IP addresses will be displayed.

  2. Export Data:

    • Click on the EXPORT TO CSV option located at the top of the window to download the list of blocked IP addresses.
