Whenever client unable to send mails from Customer.advices@m1xchange.com.
We have to follow below steps :-
1. We have to check IP of the client it's whitelisted on our server or not.
2. Check the logs any hit/logs is found or not.
3. If there is not hit/logs found then Ask recipient to restart their Application Server.
4. There will be some temporary issue on the application side
