User is getting duplicate quarantined reports or the report contains older mails.
If user is getting duplicate quarantined reports please check below points
1] Check whether the user is getting quarantined report of any other user, it may be because the autoforwarding set on user id.
2] Check whether users alias ID got added in user policies on spamtitan and quarantine report generated for that ID.
If the quarantine report contains older mails.
Check quarantine settings from User policies. Check whether the "Report contain" is set to "All quarantined items"
Please set it as "New items since last report". Refer to the below screenshot.
