If the mails containing virus infected attachments/macro attachments are getting allowed through SpamTitan and delivers to end users. Please add a pattern filter to quarantine/block such emails.
CREATING A PATTERN FILTER
Follow the steps below to create a new pattern filter in SpamTitan.
Login to the SpamTitan admin console using Domain Admin ID(postmaster@domainname).
Go to >> Filter Rules >> Pattern Filtering >> Add
Add the Rule as shown in below image>>
If you want these emails to block set the Rule Type to “Hard Block”.
