A. User can't see associated apps of role
Solutions:
1. Check whether user role is valid. You can check role from Userpanel.
Click on profile icon-> in panel under username you can see all roles of user.
2. Hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R)
3. Re-login
4. Clear cookies for MyAccount
B. User temporary password expired.
Solution: Contact support Team.
