To release a mail from quarantine, 

There are two ways users can use are given below,

First is using email digest report-

  1. As a user, you will receive an email digest giving a list of email messages quarantined as per rules configured on the Secure Mail flow system.

  2. Using the links on the digest, you can release quarantine mail to your Inbox and also approve the sender such that the quarantined mail is released and the sender is added to your white list.

Another way is the user can log in to Spam Titan


For login to Spam Titan-

  1. Enter the URL mx1.mithi.com in your browser
  2. In the Email Address box, enter the email id of the user.
  3. If you are logging in for the first time or have forgotten your password?
    • Click the Forgot password link
    • Enter your email ID to receive the password
  4. In the Password box, specify the password and click login 
  5. then the user will able to see the Quarantine then Manage the Quarantine
  6. from Manage Quarantine user will able to manage all the Quarantine mail
