Symptoms

  1. No mail intimation that the job has started.
  2. No intimation of the job being completed.


Probable Causes

  1. Job execution has not started.
  2. Job size is large and hence export is taking the time.
  3. Job has failed.


Solution

If you have not received any mail alert for 24 hours after submitting the request, raise a ticket with us to investigate further. Similar if your export request does not complete within the estimated time, raise a ticket with the details.
