How to archive mail sent to DLs on M365

Resolution
- Create SMTP connector and NDR
- Create groups for all users or selected users requiring archiving.
- Emails sent to distribution lists are archived in the individual members’ Vaultastic accounts.
- Ensure all distribution list members are provisioned in Vaultastic.
