Symptoms
- Live mail archiving is configured on Microsoft 365, but delivery to Vaultastic is failing.
Possible Causes
- Incorrect Smart Host configured in the SMTP connector.
Resolution
- Ensure the Smart Host is configured Verify that the Vaultastic domain is configured properly in the connector settings.
- Ensure the validation test completes without any errors.
