Symptoms
- Need to archive emails from multiple Google Workspace domains into Vaultastic.
Possible Causes
- Mail routing rules or user groups are not configured correctly.
Resolution
- Configure a single SMTP Host for Google Workspace.
- For each domain, create groups for all users or selected users requiring archiving.
- Create two mail routing rules for incoming & outgoing mail flow for each Google Workspace domain.
