How to configure journaling for two or more domains on M365

Symptoms
- Need to configure archiving for live mail flow from multiple Microsoft 365 domains into Vaultastic.
Possible Causes
- Separate connectors or journaling rules are not configured for each domain.
Resolution
- Create separate SMTP connectors for each Microsoft 365 domain.
- Configure a Non-Delivery Report (NDR) recipient. Note: Definition of NDR is a one time activity and common for all domains. The NDR id should not have any uppercase letters and should not be included in the list of users for whom live mail archiving is configured.
- Create separate journaling rules for every Microsoft 365 domain.
