Symptoms:

• End-user gets the below pop-up error:
  The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified.
  The target principal name is incorrect
• 

Cause:

• The error occurs when server IP is added during configuration, instead of incoming and outgoing domain url.

Solution:

• Reconfigure outlook with correct details.
