Symptoms
- The quarantine report is not generated for a particular user in the domain but is generated for the other users in the domain.
Solution
- Enable the quarantine report for the particular user from user policy.
- Steps:
- Login to SpamTitan using the postmaster@{your_domain} id.
- Go to the Anti-Spam engine and click on User Policies.
- Click on the edit (pencil) icon next to the required user's id. (You can use the search feature to search for the given id).
- Enable the quarantine report for the user if it is OFF.
- Click on Apply to save the changes.
Note: If the quarantine reports are disabled for the entire domain instead of a few users, please raise a ticket to Mithi support to enable them.
