Symptoms

  • The quarantine report is not generated for a particular user in the domain but is generated for the other users in the domain.


Solution

  • Enable the quarantine report for the particular user from user policy.
  • Steps:
  1. Login to SpamTitan using the postmaster@{your_domain} id.
  2.  Go to the Anti-Spam engine and click on User Policies.
  3. Click on the edit (pencil) icon next to the required user's id. (You can use the search feature to search for the given id).
  4. Enable the quarantine report for the user if it is OFF. 
  5. Click on Apply to save the changes.

Note: If the quarantine reports are disabled for the entire domain instead of a few users, please raise a ticket to Mithi support to enable them.
