The SpamTitan quarantine report directly allows you to release some emails from quarantine if they were marked as spam as per SpamTitan standards. However, if the mails are marked as spam under the suspicion of virus, malware, DMARC, content filter or any such rules which could extend damage to the users, the quarantine report does not allow you to release them. This disables the release link.
If you are confident about the authenticity of any such mail, you can release the emails filtered out by the content filter or other filters by changing the settings from the admin panel console. However, emails containing a virus cannot be released.
We strongly recommend against it as it can harm your device with no means of recovery of the affected data.
