A user cannot view the content of an email using desktop email client or baya

Possible Cause

The anti-virus software installed on the desktop may have blocked the viewing of the email content.


The email contains the calendar link/Microsoft team link shows the garbled content.


1. If mail content is visible using the web client, update the anti-virus or disable the recently added plugins. 

2. If the source code/garble content is showing in webmail, check if the mail subject contains extra lines or more space.
