[SecureMailFlow|SpamTitan] Can I create users at our end for all domain users so they can access the mx.mithi.com and manage quarantine and see reports etc. at their end rather than depending upon admin to access the panel.

Yes. To create users do the following:
- Log in as the Domain Administrator
- Select the AntiSpam Engine tab
- Go to User Policies
- Check if user already present.
- If not add the user using the Add button at the bottom right
- User can login using her email id from mx1.mithi.com
