Mail from known external senders are getting quarantined


Solution

Option 1. Whitelist the id to allow sending to all users on your domain

Raise a ticket with the sender's email id.

After whitelisting the sender email id, mails from this id will be delivered to any user of your domain


Option 2. Ask the recipient to whitelist the sender using the  Quarantine Console for End Users or the Trend Micro email digest
