- Mail from known external senders are getting quarantined
Solution
- Option 1. Refer to the steps mentioned here to whitelist the id to allow sending to all users on your domain
After whitelisting the sender email id, mails from this id will be delivered to any user of your domain
- Option 2. Ask the recipient to allow the sender from the Quarantine report received to them through email
Before adding the ID in whitelist make sure for which Role you are whitelisting it, either for admin or user level.
