Solution 

  • Option 1. Refer to the steps mentioned here to whitelist the id to allow sending to all users on your domain 

After whitelisting the sender email id, mails from this id will be delivered to any user of your domain 

Before adding the ID in whitelist make sure for which Role you are whitelisting it, either for admin or user level.
