Symptoms
- Mails from senders of a known external domain are getting quarantined.
Solution
- Whitelist the domain for all users of your domain
- Refer to the steps mentioned here to whitelist the domain for incoming mail flow.
- After whitelisting the domain, the mails from any users from this domain will not be quarantined by the secure mail flow system.
