Symptoms 

  • Mails from senders of a known external domain are getting quarantined. 

Solution 

  • Whitelist the domain for all users of your domain 
  • Refer to the steps mentioned here to whitelist the domain for incoming mail flow.
  • After whitelisting the domain, the mails from any users from this domain will not be quarantined by the secure mail flow system.

Before adding the ID in whitelist make sure for which Role you are whitelisting it, either for admin or user level.
