Symptoms
- End users are receiving alerts from the Secure Mail flow system of the type Spam Quarantine Report
Cause
- These are quarantined message report digest. It has been configured to be delivered to end user's mailboxes daily.
- Using these reports, users can view mail not delivered to their mailboxes and also release them from the quarantine.
