• Mails are working in Outlook
  • Mails do not load in webmail and a blank page is seen after logging in


  1. Access control
    If access control is set to block IMAP access from webmail, this problem will arise. 
  2. A single broken mail is not loading


  1. Raise a ticket to reconfigure access control policy if it exists to allow IMAP access for webmail.
  2. If the issue is caused by a single mail, move all the mails of the particular date to a separate folder from Outlook.
    For Eg, if the issue started on 1st January, move all the mails received since the previous login to the current date (1st) to a separate folder.
