[Vaultastic V4] The data export from the eDiscovery view on the Active Store is not working

Symptoms
- No mail intimation that the job has started.
- No intimation of the job being completed.
- Cant start the export
- Incomplete data output
Solution
- The export request is sent by Vaultastic to LegacyFlo.
- There might be a delay in scheduling the request if there are other jobs in the queue.
- Please wait for a couple of hours.
- If the problem persists, raise a ticket.
