Unable to access the Inactive store from Vaultastic V4

Possible Causes

Are you using Google Chrome to access Vaultastic V4?

In January 2020, Google published a blog post announcing that Chrome would phase out support for third-party cookies in the Chrome browser within two years. 

In the new update, by default cookie setting is configured to "Block Third-Party Cookies".

This could be the possible reason you are unable to access Inactive Store and facing the following error.

OK: Failed to refresh token of the currently authenticated user.

Solution

You can manage your Chrome settings to allow Third-party cookies.
