The contacts defined using your Mithi Account are not linked to the product and service administrator accounts.

For all the applications accessible to a tech contact and the alerts and announcements that the ID will receive are mentioned here.

For the access to the Trend console, contact the Mithi helpdesk by raising a ticket.
