The contacts defined using your Mithi Account are not linked to the product administrator ids.

For all the applications accessible to a tech contact and the alerts and announcements that the ID will receive are mentioned here.

The default access to the Admin Panel for SkyConnect and Vaultastic is assigned to the postmaster@<your domain> id.
