If any user is blocked under rate control due to sending emails beyond the configured threshold, an alert notification email is automatically triggered by the system.
This alert email is sent to the domain administrator email ID. In most cases, the alert is delivered to the default administrator address, which is:

This notification helps administrators take timely action, such as reviewing the sending behavior or requesting unblocking if required.
