IMAP and POP account configuration settings for Microsoft Outlook


IMAP Account Configuration 

  • Incoming Mail Server (IMAP):

    • Server Name: yourdomainname.mithiskyconnect.com

    • Port: 993

    • Encryption Method: SSL/TLS

  • Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):

    • Server Name: yourdomainname.mithiskyconnect.com

    • Port: 587 

    • Encryption Method: START TLS

    • If Port 587 with STARTTLS encryption does not work for the outgoing mail server, you may alternatively use:

      • Port: 465

      • Encryption Method: SSL/TLS

POP Account Configuration 

  • Incoming Mail Server (POP3):

    • Server Name: yourdomainname.mithiskyconnect.com

    • Port No: 995

    • Encryption Method: SSL/TLS

  • Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):

    • Server Name: yourdomainname.mithiskyconnect.com

    • Port No: 465 

    • Encryption Method: SSL /TLS

    • If Port 465 with SSL/TLS does not work, switch back to:

      • Port: 587

      • Encryption Method: START TLS
