Problem reported:

User is not able to send mails. Mail rejected with below error code.


said: 553 sorry, your mail was administratively denied. (#5.7.1) (in reply to MAIL FROM command))


Solution:


This error can occur when sender ID is blacklisted in email rate control


As per our Terms of Services, if an email id has been found to be sending more than the allowed threshold of mail in one day by our Rate control system the EMAIL ID will be AUTOMATICALLY BLOCKED.  


Raise ticket to Mithi to remove ID from blacklist.


Note: Rate control is applied for both skyconnect and o365 users.

If any o365 user sent local mails(Mails within server) more than the threshold limit it will be blocked in rate control.
