Problem reported:

Sender is recieving sent email in Inbox.


Possible cause:

  1. There might be filter applied at baya/outlook
  2. Archive ID is set to his own skyconnect ID. Check from Admin Panel
  3. Recipient forwarding sent to sender or group in which sender is member of that group
  4. Sent a mail to group ID in which the sender is also member of that group


Check the possibilities and take action accordinly, If still issue is not resolved Please reach out to mithi support team for further analysis.
