Symptoms-
1. When a user is using o365 login credentials and doesn't want to log in or send mail using Skyconnect credentials.
2. Skyconnect credentials are compromised.
Solution
Admin can set the account status as partial using the admin panel.
This will prevent the user from logging and sending emails using Sky Connect credentials.
Steps-
1. Log in to the admin panel using the postmaster id.
2. click on the user you want to change account status.
3. then click on the account status drop-down and select partial as shown in the image
4. last click on the save button right side down Conner.
