When we migrate your domains from Vaultastic Version 3 to Version 4, you see that the Plan property for the Vaults is not visible in the Admin Panel from where you manage the vaults. These plans are not visible in Vaultastic Version 4 since the user-based plans with storage caps are discontinued.


Every vault in Version 4 has the same functionality. For every vault in Version 4, you can:

  1. Ingest email data using journaling

  2. Upload legacy email data into a vault using LegacyFlo

  3. There are no limits on the size or number of emails in a Vault

  4. Maintain the contents of the vault using the mail retention period

  5. Search through, download, or export vault contents

  6. Control access to vaults
