In Vaultastic Version 4, an access charge is part of the pricing model (earlier, the access charge was bundled with the user plan)
Only the postmaster id Is given full access by default, enabling you to retain control and provide access to a selected set of users.
You can change this anytime and give Self Service or Full access to vaults.
