• Delete the user’s vault from the Vaultastic Active Store. Check for vaults in all domains. For example, you may be having separate Vaultastic domains to archive Email and Teams chat data.
  • Browse through all the domains on the Vaultastic Open and Deep Stores and find all the files having user’s data. The file names will have the user’s id. Delete these files.

NOTES: If you have configured to move data from the Active Store to Open /Deep, then you do not have the option to delete a single user’s email/chat transcripts data from the Open/Deep Stores.
