Can Emails Be Deleted from any Vaultastic Store? : Customer Support

Individual mails cannot be deleted from any of the Vaultastic Stores.
The following options are available to a super admin of Vaultastic
1. Delete a user’s vault on the Vaultastic Active Store – will also remove all references of the mail to the user’s vault from active store. Mail will be deleted only when there are no more references to any other vault.
2. Configure automatic storage management to move data from Vaultastic Active to Vaultastic Open or Deep Stores.
3. Delete individual user’s PST or EML files containing email for the user from Vaultastic Open or Deep Stores. Delete a day’s PST or EML files containing email transacted for all users on the domain for the particular day.
4. NOTE: all delete operations are irreversible and data is lost permanently. All delete requests and their status are maintained in an immutable audit trail log.
