Groups or distribution lists have email ids associated with them and have one or more members. When a mail is sent to a group email id, it is automatically delivered to all the members of the group.
Maximum 2000 members can be added in one group/DL
You can provision group ids and their members using the Admin Panel.
Please note- Add only 100 users at a time in the CSV file(Comma Separated Values File ).
