[Mail] Captcha enable/disable option under customization tab in Admin panel is not working

Symptoms
- Admin user needs to enable/disable the Captcha option on the login page
- Admin user configured the captcha using the customization tab on the Admin panel interface but it did not work
Causes and Solution
- The settings in the Customization tab in the Admin Panel are DEPRECATED and will have no effect.
- You can customize the web client login page using Baya V4. For complete reference refer the document linked here.
