The Export feature is not available in SkyConnect. The only way to download mail from SkyConnect is through IMAP.
If you have Vaultastic, you can use the eDiscovery feature of Vaultastic to export mail from the vault. The system generates a bill for the amount of GBs you export. This amount will be a part of the LegacyFlo bill.
