Possible causes

Solution

Case 1

  • Check if the mail is properly visible on webmail, mobile or laptop devices. If it is seen properly on any one platform, that means the mail delivery is successful.


Case 2

  • Review the Antivirus and Outlook logs for this mail to understand the reason for Content-Type modification


Case 3

  • Remove the footer entirely or insert a plain text footer
