- Go to the Reporting -> History tab
- Make sure that the Display Settings are updated have "Show Delivery status" and "Show delivery response" selected.
- If the message has been relayed to the destination server and the destination server bounced the message, then the delivery response column of the report will show the reason for the bounce. The remedy will depend on the reason given.
