To subscribe to our cloud email solution, SkyConnect, you need to purchase licenses for the number of users and a cumulative block of storage. Your users consume this storage in any proportion or, as you may specify, using the quota mailbox control.
Most customers leave the quota of each user as "unlimited," indicating that those users can consume any amount of storage. Leaving quota as "unlimited" is excellent at a user level; however, under no circumstances shall the total storage used across all your users exceed your purchased quantity.
If it does exceed and to prevent disruption, we do not stop any user function or flow, and instead, we bill you for the excess on a pro-rata basis at the end of the month.
