Symptoms

Mails from senders of a known external domain are getting quarantined.


Solution

Whitelist the domain for all users of your domain

Raise a ticket to whitelist the domain for incoming mail flow.

After whitelisting the domain, the mails from any users from this domain will not be quarantined by the secure mail flow system.
